As Senior Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest levels of precision and quality in aerospace manufacturing. Responsibilities:

  • Read, interpret, and apply complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T standards (ASME Y14.5) to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of aerospace components, ensuring compliance with company, customer, and industry standards.
  • Conduct first article inspections (FAIs) and source inspections, documenting and reporting discrepancies as needed.
  • Manage non-conforming materials by documenting, controlling, and ensuring proper disposition in coordination with other departments.

The contracts manager is a critical leadership role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts to ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and DOD procurement regulations. This position supports the  company’s growth strategy, business development, and ongoing program execution by providing cradle-to-grave contract management. Responsibilities:
  • Lead cradle-to-grave contract administration, ensuring full compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other federal procurement laws.
  • Manage the review, negotiation, and execution of customer, subcontractor, vendor, and strategic partner contracts.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including but not limited to procurement, sales, leases and service agreements.

The Junior Contracts Administrator is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of government contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other federal acquisition regulations. This role assists in contract administration, compliance, and negotiations while coordinating with internal stakeholders to support government and commercial contracts. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in government contracting and a strong understanding of DoD procurement processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and track teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and proprietary information agreements.

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with 15-20 years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry to oversee and manage key programs for our company. The Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving the growth and profitability of our aerospace engineering services.

This position will be responsible for managing the technical requirements of multiple contracts and will also oversee and report on team activities, deliverables, funds expenditure reports, travel budget, overall funding and tasking. He/she will interface and routinely communicate with the customer to ensure appropriate performance and oversight for the contract, ensuring cost, schedule and reporting are completed as required. Position requires management and leadership, effectively collaborating with assigned assets, subject & technical matter experts, functional leads, and Project Managers.
