Our current workflow covers the full spectrum of insourcing, project inputs, engineering activities, procurement, logistics, fabrication, production, quality inspection, testing, packaging, Flight Line Tracing Requirements, Aircraft Installation, Installation Instructions and shipping of goods via Department of Transportation (DOT) Certified Transport.
Our manufacturing process has been certified by the International Standardization Organization (ISO) particular to the aerospace industry quality management system (QMS) known as ISO 9001: 2015/AS9100 to allow for custom modifications to commercial and military aircraft. Our Quality Control measures include an Advanced ROME CMM arm for laser scanning or reverse engineering as well as detailed lateral surface imaging using a high powered Keyence, confocal laser scanner.
