California, MD – 12/11/23 – MTech, a leading innovator in aerostructure design, analysis, and solutions proudly announces the appointment of Dave Havens as Vice President of Engineering.  This event comes on the heels of Mike Magee, President of MTech revealing the strategic decision at the company’s annual planning meeting, “Project 2024,” held at the MTech headquarters in California, MD last week.

Havens, who holds the distinction of being the company’s first hire in 2012, brings an exceptional wealth of engineering experience and dedication to his new role. Over the past 11 years, Havens has been instrumental in assembling and leading a highly talented team of 35 engineers, contributing significantly to MTech growth and success.

In a surprising moment during “Project 2024”, Magee handed Havens his new title along with his business cards signifying a pivotal chapter in both Havens’s career and the company’s trajectory.
